RETURN/REFUND POLICY:
Returns are accepted for 30 days from original purchase on unopened items. Return shipping charges and 3% non-refunded credit card fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Please Contact Customer Service to obtain a RMA# before returning any item
A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the return on some products that are drop shipped or special ordered
RETURN EXCLUSIONS ELECTRONICS:
We do not accept returns on opened electronics. This policy applies to all electronic products purchased through our store or website
All software related items such as mapping cards (even if unopened) are NON REFUNDABLE. .
Lithium Battery Returns are based on Battery Manufacturers Policy and will be shipped to the Manufacture.
OPEN/USED ITEMS:
Drewcraft Marine Products reserves the right to refuse any items that are open, damaged, used, or missing items from a package and/or deduct up to 20% of your refund.
Refunds:
Refunds can be processed on unshipped paid items and or items that were preordered and prepaid however a 3% fee will be charged due to non-refunded credit card fees.
